Your information is stored securely, and access is restricted solely to the psychologist. All personal data is handled in accordance with the Dutch Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO) and the NIP Code of Ethics (Article 80), which require careful protection of privacy and professional records.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or — in certain cases — deletion of your personal data. Clinical records are retained for at least 15 years, as required by Dutch law.
