I offer online therapy and counseling in English for individuals and couples in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and internationally. I work with expats, internationals, and English-speaking clients who are looking for a private, flexible, and supportive therapeutic setting.

People often contact me when something personal has become too difficult to manage — a relationship that keeps falling into the same painful patterns, a self-defeating behavior that feels hard to change, or a long period of anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, or inner conflict that is compromising their daily life.

My work is broad-ranging and carefully adapted to the person or couple in front of me, focused on helping clients understand what is keeping them stuck and begin making workable and life-enhancing changes.

I work with internationals, expats, and intercultural couples, and pay close attention to context and what support should mean in your world. While I am based in Amsterdam, I practice entirely online and work with clients both locally and internationally.
