What remains consistent is the intention — to offer a steady, thoughtful space where clients can make sense of what they are carrying, and find a way forward that fits their lives, their values, and their pace.
I work primarily with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and integrate other evidence-based approaches when they’re a better match for specific situations. The aim is not to force change, but to support change that is workable, humane, and sustainable.
